Yuzu That You Do Spritz

• 1.25 oz dry vermouth
• 1 oz ROOT 23 Yuzu Citrus Simple Syrup
• .25 oz fresh lime juice
• 1 oz club soda
• 2 oz dry sparkling wine

Add dry vermouth, Root 23 Yuzu Citrus, and fresh lime juice to a wine glass with ice and top
with club soda and sparkling wine. Garnish with a lemon or lime wheel, green apple slices, or
rosemary sprig.
