  • 1.5 oz Blanco Tequila
  • .5 oz Pear Liqueur
  • .5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • Fresh Cucumber (2 to 3 slices)
  • Fresh Green Pear (8-9 small pieces, peeled)
  • .5 oz ROOT 23 Cucumber Habanero Syrup

Muddle fresh cucumber, fresh pear & lime juice in a mixing glass.  Add liquors & syrups and shake all vigorously with ice.  Double strain into a crushed-ice filled Rocks glass.  Top with soda water.  Garnish with cucumber slice & peel of green pear.
