Olympia (Greek-inspired Mojito)

Olympia (Greek-inspired Mojito)

• 1.5 oz Ouzo (or preferred spirit)
• .75 oz Blueberry Mint Syrup
• 1 oz fresh lime juice
• Club Soda

Shake all ingredients with ice (excluding club soda) & strain over fresh ice in highball glass.  Top with club soda.  Garnish with mint bouquet and/or lime.
