  • 1.5 oz Art in The Age Rhubarb (tea)
  • .5 oz Aperol
  • 1.5 oz Fresh Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
  • 1 Egg White
  • .5 oz ROOT 23 Grapefruit Basil Syrup
  • Angostura Bitters

Combine all ingredients, except the bitters, in a mixing glass.  Shake vigorously with ice then strain into a separate mixing glass.  Dry shake the ingredients again.  Strain into a chilled Coupe glass.  Add angostura bitters in a circular pattern with a dropper & decorate with a toothpick.
