Champagne All Day

• .75 oz ROOT 23 Cherry Almond Simple Syrup
• Fill Dry Sparkling Wine
• 2-4 dashes Angostura Bitters
• Orange Peel

Add syrup & bitters to flute or stemmed cocktail glass and top with sparkling wine. Stir to immerse if necessary.  Garnish with manicured orange peel.
