Blueberry Mint Mojito

• 2 oz Echo Spirits Rum
• .5 oz ROOT 23 Blueberry Mint Simple Syrup
• .75 oz Lime Juice
• 3-4 Mint Leaves
• Club Soda to top

Muddle mint leaves with syrup & lime. Add rum & top with club soda.  Serve over ice in a Collins glass.
