Are you Al-Ryete? (Maple Whiskey Sour)

• 2 oz OYO Pumpernickel Rye
• 2 oz Organic Apple Juice
• 0.75 oz ROOT 23 Maple Cinnamon Simple Syrup
• 0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

Shake & strain onto large rock in DOF glass.  Garnish with orange peel and cinnamon stick.
