Yuzu in France

- 1 oz Gin
- 0.5 oz ROOT 23 Yuzu Citrus Simple Syrup
- .5 oz lime juice
- 3 oz sparkling wine
- lime twist for garnish
Add gin, lime juice & syrup to a shaker filled with ice & shake well. Strain into champagne flute or coupe glass, then top with sparkling wine. Garnish & enjoy!
