Watershed Distillery's Coffee Avec Cream
- 8 oz Cold Brew Coffee
- .75 oz ROOT 23 Maple Cinnamon Simple Syrup
- Top with Watershed Distillery Nocino Whipped Cream
Combine coffee & syrup in a pint glass & mix with ice. Top with Nocino whipped cream.
* Make sure to use cold brewed coffee, as hot coffee will carry more acidity
* To make whipped cream combine 8 oz heavy whipping cream, 1 oz Watershed Nocino in a shaking tin & shake dry until flavors are folded together and cream has fulfilled desired consistency.
