Appealing Herbs

• 2 oz Watershed Four Peel Gin
• .75 oz ROOT 23 Grapefruit Basil Simple Syrup
• 3 dashes Orange Bitters
• Top with Prosecco

In a shaker, combine syrup with bitters, gin & ice.  Shake well. Strain into a coupe glass & top with a hearty splash of prosecco. Garnish as you desire.
