Spiced Sea Breeze

• 2 oz. Vodka
• 3 oz. Pineapple Juice
• 3/4 oz. ROOT 23 Cranberry Apple Spice Simple Syrup
• Sparkling water
• Ice
• Lime wedge, for garnish
• Pineapple slice, for garnish

Directions:

Fill a highball glass with ice.  Pour in the vodka, pineapple juice, and Root 23 simple syrup and mix until combined.  Top with sparkling water and garnish with a lime wedge and pineapple slice.
