Spiced Pear Tipple
- 3 oz pear puree
- 1 oz ROOT 23 Cranberry Apple Spice Simple Syrup
- .5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1.5 oz mezcal
- dash of cinnamon
Add all of the ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until well chilled. Strain into a glass and garnish with a pear slice and star anise.
