Spiced Pear Tipple

• 3 oz pear puree
• 1 oz ROOT 23 Cranberry Apple Spice Simple Syrup
• .5 oz fresh lemon juice
• 1.5 oz mezcal
• dash of cinnamon

Add all of the ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until well chilled. Strain into a glass and garnish with a pear slice and star anise.
