Pretty in Pink

  • 1 oz. St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
  • ½ oz. Root 23 Grapefruit Basil Simple Syrup
  • 3 oz. Sparkling Rosé Wine
  • 1 oz. Sparkling Water
  • Ice 
  • Grapefruit wedge, for garnish (optional)
  • Basil sprig, for garnish (optional)

Directions:

Pour the St. Germain and the grapefruit basil syrup in a glass filled with ice.  Mix for 5-10 seconds to combine.  Top with sparkling rosé and sparkling water.  Garnish with a grapefruit wedge and basil sprig.
