- .75 oz Campari
- .75 oz ROOT 23 Grapefruit Basil Simple Syrup
- 0.25 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1.5 oz Brut Prosecco
- Splash of Club Soda
Combine spirit, simple syrup & juice in shaker with ice, shake. Strain into coupe (without ice) or stemmed wine glass (with ice). Top with prosecco and a splash of club soda. Garnish with orange wheel.
