Le Fleuret
- 2 oz Gin
- .75 oz ROOT 23 Grapefruit Basil Simple Syrup
- 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 Egg White
Combine all ingredients in a shaker & dry shake. Add ice & wet shake. Pour over ice into a tall glass & top with sparkling water to taste. Garnish with a lime wheel.
