It's All Greek to Me (aka a Sour)
- 1.75 oz Ouzo (or preferred spirit)
- .5 oz Vanilla Ginger Syrup
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 egg white/1 oz aquafaba
Dry shake all ingredients with ice and strain over fresh ice in rocks glass. Garnish with bitters design.
