Garden Hugo Spritz
- 4-5 mint leaves
- 1 oz. Elderflower Liqueur
- .75 oz. Root 23 Blueberry Mint Simple Syrup
- 3 oz. Prosecco
- Ice
- Sparkling water
- Optional garnishes: mint sprig, blueberries, lime wedge
Directions:
Add mint leaves, elderflower liqueur, and Root 23 Blueberry Mint Simple Syrup to a
stemmed glass and stir for 5-10 seconds. Fill the glass with ice. Add the prosecco and top with sparkling water. Stir to combine and garnish as desired.
