Blueberry Mint Gin Fizz
- 1 oz Gin
- 1 oz ROOT 23 Blueberry Mint Syrup
- .5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- Prosecco (or sparkling water)
- Fresh Mint Leaves
Combine gin, syrup & lime juice in a shaker with ice. Strain in to a champagne flute. Top with Prosecco. Garnish with mint leaves.
